Jelly

Lemon: The zesty flavor of this jelly is reminiscent of lemon drop candy, deliciously sweet and tangy made with Meyers lemons

Pomegranate: Packed with healthy nutrients, the sweet tartness of this jelly stands up to any bread, muffin or skone. It's a favorite for PB&J sand witches with both big and little kids. Can also be used as a glaze for ham and salmon.

Garlic: This tasty jelly sets a new standard for garlic bread. Made with fresh garlic, it pairs with chiva cheese and crackers incredabally, great as a glaze on meats and vegetables and makes a great dressing- just melt it and mix with balsalmic vinegar.

Zinfandel: / Merlot: As the names suggest they are both made with fresh wine grapes that we crush and press. The juice gives a richer, fuller bodied flavors than your use to in other grape jellies. Pressed in order.

Brew Jam: Made with Guinness Xtra Stout beer, you don't have to like beer to love this jelly. Great on a bagel and cream cheese, us as a glaze on steaks, pork chops, chicken, brats, and for all the vegetarians it wonderful to stir fry kale with it

Java: We make this jelly with imported, double roasted Italian espresso coffee. It's savory-rich flavors enhance bagels, toast, pound cake, even as a topping on ice cream. If you love coffee you'll go crazy over it.

Pepper Jellies

Habanero: Our warmest pepper jelly. With its beautiful orange coloring it will spice up any dish.

Jalapeno: All the jalapeno flavor without the heat. This is our mildest and most popular pepper jelly. A favorite when combined with cream cheese and spread on crackers.

Red-Fresno: Our Red Fresno has a slightly smokey flavor, a beautiful red color and about the same heat as our jalapeno. It makes a tasty and attractive glaze on chicken.

Serrano: Slightly warmer than our jalapeno or red jelly, it’s for pepper lovers who like a little more zip than our jalapeno but not the intensity as our habanero.

Marmalade's

Grapefruit: If you like grapefruit, you’ll love this marmalade that’s made with fresh, tree-ripened pink and red grapefruit. Its refreshing taste will be a special treat to your mornings.

Kumquat: This tiny orange- like citrus makes an amazing marmalade. It’s rich, sweet and tangy flavor has a slight essence of apricots.

Lemon: If you enjoy lemon meringue pie you’ll love this marmalade that bursts with zesty lemon flavor. In addition to spreading it on toast, muffins, pound cake, desserts, it’s great with fish, chicken, so many things.

Tangerine: We puree tangerines into a truly delectable spread. This unique twist on marmalades is wonderful on French toast and waffles as well as a glaze on meats.

Spreads

Apple Butter: Made with our Arizona apples this will take you back- in- time to Grannies canning. Eat it by the spoonful, add it to your oatmeal, try it on vanilla ice cream. It’s delicious.

Seasonal

Peach: Made with our home grown peaches it’s just like eating a peach off a tree.

Plum: Tart cherry- size plums make this truly spectacular. It sells out fast. Get it while you can!

Cherry butter:
A rare treat! Made with cherries grown on our farm. Once you try it, you’ll never forget it.
